Mikael Frank

Mikael Frank is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the SCADA and security systems sector, currently serving as the Director and Head of OT Systems at Ørsted since November 2019, providing global support for SCADA operations and security of Ørsted Generation Assets. Previously, Mikael held multiple senior roles related to SCADA systems, including Product Manager, Lead Integrity Specialist, and Senior Project Lead. Mikael co-founded wedosoftware.dk in May 2018 and has worked as a Senior Project Manager and Consultant at K2 Management, alongside a self-employed consulting period with SCADA Consult. Mikael's earlier career includes key positions at SCADA International, USE61400-25, and Mita-Teknik A/S, focusing on the development of SCADA systems for renewable energy. Mikael holds a Master’s degree in Informatics from Aalborg University, complemented by various leadership and technical courses.
