Milena Bär

Milena Bär currently serves as a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager at Ørsted, focusing on enterprise risk analysis with an emphasis on ESG risk. Previously, Milena held various graduate finance roles at Ørsted, including positions in market data optimization and financial portfolio management, where responsibilities included financial analysis and developing cost governance structures. Milena gained experience as an ESG Research Assistant at Copenhagen Business School, contributing to a project aimed at integrating ocean risk metrics into financial decision-making. Prior experience also includes a role as an Operations Specialist at Superb. Milena holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School, alongside a summer course on Sustainability in the Nordics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Economics from Universität Passau.
