Mohit Soni, PE, PMP, is a Senior Engineering Manager at Ørsted, specializing in the foundation design of offshore wind projects since October 2021. Previously, Soni served as a Senior Structural Engineer, leading structural design for offshore wind foundations in multiple projects across the US and Europe. At AqualisBraemar LOC Group from August 2014 to September 2021, Soni directed a structural engineering team and managed projects in the Renewable Energy and Oil & Gas industries, addressing complex challenges with innovative solutions. Earlier experience includes contributions as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, where Soni developed a semi-submersible offshore platform model for wind turbines, and a Globalink Internship at the University of Calgary, leading to revisions of the Canadian masonry design standards.
