Niels Kruse is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the energy and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operations Execution for Germany at Ørsted since April 2018, Niels has also held the position of Head of Operations for Borkum Riffgrund 1&2 and Borkum Riffgrund 2. Prior to Ørsted, Niels was a Production Supervisor at PowerBlades Industries Inc. from January 2009 to March 2018 and demonstrated expertise as a Master Craftsman in Production at SGL Rotec GmbH & Co. KG from April 2003 to December 2008. Niels began a career in business as the Owner of Kruse Yachtbau from August 2000 to March 2003.
