Nina Lindegaard is a curious senior people leader and programme manager with extensive experience in workplace development and HR management. They began their career at COWI, where they engaged in group communications and knowledge management through various roles, including intern and student assistant. Nina later joined Coor Service Management, where they coordinated HR processes and managed projects aimed at optimizing service functions. Currently, Nina serves as the Head of Workplace Development at Ørsted, progressing to the role of Head of Global Workplace Solutions. Nina holds a Master of Social Science in Political Communication and Management from Copenhagen Business School.
