Oleg Gavryushenko is a senior leader with extensive experience in project and department management within the renewable energy and maritime sectors. They began their career as an electrical engineer with Baltic Shipping Company, V.Ships, and Clipper Group from 1992 to 2008, focusing on the operation and management of various vessels. Oleg transitioned to DONG Energy as a technical project manager from 2014 to 2016, overseeing electrical engineering on offshore substations. They then advanced to Ørsted, initially managing the Substations Electrical Installation and Commissioning Supervision Department from 2016 to 2022, and currently serve as the Head of Power Transmission Electrical Engineering Management Department. Oleg holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Electrical Engineering from St. Petersburg Marine College and a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy.
