Olga Kolotova

Olga Kolotova is a Lead UX at Ørsted, where they bring creative ideas to life in the offshore sector through diverse design practices and collaboration with product teams. Previously, they held positions as a Senior UX Consultant and UX Consultant at Ørsted, focusing on enhancing UX maturity and supporting multiple product teams. Olga's earlier experience includes roles as a UX Designer at Aakjær & Co, as well as positions in PR and communication, buying and production, and marketing management. They hold a Master's degree in Digital Design and Communication from IT-Universitetet i København and a Bachelor's degree in Textile Management and Business Administration from the University of Borås.
