Olga Putz is an experienced project manager and Scrum Master with a solid background in urban project management and Agile methodologies. From December 2016 to June 2018, Olga contributed to Fundacja Napraw Sobie Miasto as a development team member and project manager, focusing on the creation of spatial databases and the implementation of urban projects using Scrum and Kanban frameworks. Afterward, from July 2020 to September 2021, Olga supported application development at Warta as PM/Scrum Master in an Agile environment. Olga continued to advance as a Scrum Master at Deloitte Digital from September 2021 to February 2023 and currently holds a Scrum Master position at Ørsted. Additionally, as CEO and co-founder of Fundacja Pracownia Urbanistyki Społecznej from 2018 to February 2022, Olga managed urban projects using the Scrum framework, negotiated project boundary conditions, coordinated international projects, and facilitated workshops.
