Phaedra Pritchard is a seasoned QHSE Director with a robust background in operations, project management, and commercial activities across renewable energy and construction sectors. They have held key positions at companies such as Semco Maritime, Petrofac, and Ørsted, focusing on enhancing health and safety standards and fostering inclusive team environments. Phaedra is currently a member of the RUK OREEF working group and is committed to achieving incident-free operations through strong safety culture and management systems. They hold a 2:1 degree from the University of Northumbria and maintain various offshore qualifications, including NEBOSH and APM certifications.
