Ricardo Passo

Ricardo Passo is a seasoned Learning and Development practitioner specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion. With a background in psychology and philosophy, they have designed and delivered customized training programs that foster a high-performing organizational culture. Ricardo has held leadership positions such as Chief Executive Officer at Klax Gruppe and Head of the International Bilingual Department at Institut sankt joseph skole. Currently, they serve as the Head of Leadership Learning Inclusion at Ørsted and have been involved with Korn Ferry as Head of DE&I for Denmark. Additionally, as a board member of N L Thygesen Fonden from 2017 to 2022, Ricardo contributed to equitable scholarship distribution and strategic direction for the organization.
