Rob Holtom

Rob Holtom is a Project Director at Ørsted, specializing in delivering solutions for the Hornsea 3 and 4 Windfarms while focusing on decarbonization efforts in the Southern North Sea. With nearly 20 years of management experience in both corporate giants and start-ups, Rob has successfully navigated the complexities of nuclear construction projects and offshore wind farms. Prior to this role, Rob held various positions, including Project Manager at Horizon Nuclear Power and Marine Area Construction Delivery Manager at EDF, where they led significant projects, emphasizing safety and quality. Rob is also a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and maintains a passion for mountaineering and exploration, regularly undertaking expeditions in challenging environments.
