Ruslan Dolyk

Senior Metocean Measurement Engineer

Ruslan Dolyk is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the drilling and fluids industry. Starting as a Drilling Fluids Engineer at Shamir Chemical from June 2018 to February 2019, Ruslan progressed to a Trainee and Junior Integrated Fluids and Solids Control Engineer at Schlumberger from March 2019 to August 2020. Subsequently, Ruslan worked at SLB as an MI Integrated Field Engineer from September 2020 to August 2024, focusing on mud engineering and the management of drilling fluid properties. Currently, Ruslan serves as a Senior Metocean Measurement Engineer at Ørsted, overseeing multidisciplinary measurement campaigns and conducting risk assessments. Academically, Ruslan holds a Master’s degree in Well Drilling and a PhD in Well Drilling from Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, along with an additional Master’s degree in Drilling and Geoengineering from AGH University of Science and Technology.
