Sam Gault is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as SAP Lead at Ørsted since October 2018 and as lead SAP at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks since April 2017. Prior to these roles, Sam worked at DONG Energy as a 400kV Duty SAP / Control Engineer for the Westermost Rough Windfarm from March 2014 to March 2018. Sam also held positions as HV Outage Manager and High Voltage Engineer at Northern Ireland Electricity and Vattenfall, respectively, and started a career as Operations Engineer at Northern Ireland Electricity from June 1992 to June 2000. Sam Gault holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ulster.
