Sam Hall is a Senior Construction Project Manager at Ørsted, leading construction efforts on the Hornsea 3 offshore wind project and previously on Hornsea 2 and the Coastal Virginia offshore wind project. With extensive experience at DONG Energy since 2008, Sam has served as Lead Commissioning Manager, overseeing the planning and execution of commissioning processes while ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and effective stakeholder communication. Additional roles include Production Engineer, focusing on the operation and maintenance of a 850MW combined cycle gas turbine power plant, and Project Engineer responsible for client-side management of a £600m EPC contract. Sam holds an MSc in Sustainable Energy and the Environment and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Cardiff University.
