Søren Jessen

Søren Jessen is a seasoned Senior Project and People Manager with extensive experience in project development and cost control across various sectors. They began their career as a Project Developer on a biofuel initiative in Zambia from 2006 to 2008 and progressed through roles at companies such as DONG Energy, Maersk Drilling, and Ørsted, where they led transformation projects and operational audits. Currently, Søren serves as Deputy Director of Product Line Integration and Head of Cost Engineering, managing teams focused on CAPEX cost modeling and offshore wind projects. They hold a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and have pursued additional studies in business administration and philosophy.
