Steen Sabinsky

Steen Sabinsky is the Lead Marine Inspector at Ørsted, specializing in coordinating ship audits and inspections, training external inspectors, and developing HSEQ management systems. Steen served as a change ambassador for Ørsted’s new project operating model and has extensive experience in managing organizations and teams within the maritime sector. Prior roles include CEO of several maritime associations and businesses, where Steen focused on promoting maritime careers and supporting innovations. With a strong background at sea spanning a decade, Steen has worked with various ship types and held significant positions in safety and quality management. Educated in maritime studies and project management, Steen is committed to enhancing maritime safety and practices both nationally and internationally.
