Sue MacRae

Sue MacRae has extensive experience in various roles focused on community safety and engagement. From June 2006 to September 2016, Sue served at Humberside Police as a Child Protective Specialist, where responsibilities included training in child protection safeguarding and domestic violence support. Additional roles at Humberside Police included Police Radio Dispatcher, ensuring officer safety and managing emergency calls, and Community Engagement Coordinator, overseeing youth engagement programs. Following this, Sue worked at Ørsted from January 2022 to July 2023 as both an Offshore Coordinator and Global Marine & Helicopter Coordinator. Earlier in Sue's career, a position as a Telephone Operator at British Telecom from December 1988 to January 1995 involved handling both inland and international calls. Sue holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Grimsby Institute of Further Education, completed between 1984 and 1986.
