Thomas Bunde Hansen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in pipeline engineering and integrity management. They began their career as a Pipeline Construction Engineer at NKK Steel Engineering Inc from 1996 to 1997 and subsequently worked with Shapadu Corporation on gas pipeline projects. From 2003 to 2008, Thomas held various roles at DONG Energy, including Senior Subsea and Pipeline Engineer, before joining Ørsted, where they have served as Lead Pipeline Engineer, Head of Department, and currently as Head of Asset Integrity since 2025. Thomas earned an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark between 1990 and 2006.
