Thomas Kaiser Oldenburg

Thomas Kaiser Oldenburg is currently an Executive HR Business Partner at Ørsted, where they lead HR activities for the Digital organization. Previously, they held multiple senior HR roles across renowned companies, including Microsoft and Nets Group, and have extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and organizational development. Thomas began their career in the Danish Army, serving as a First Lieutenant before transitioning into human resources. They earned a BSc in Business Administration and Computer Science alongside an MSc in Economics and HR Management from Copenhagen Business School.
