Thomas Søndergaard is a mathematical modelling engineer with a strong theoretical background and a diverse range of interests. They served as an algorithm developer at TrackMan A/S from 2015 to 2022 and are currently the lead numerical specialist at Ørsted since 2024. Thomas also held positions as a senior numerical specialist and as an R&D engineer at GRAS Sound & Vibration in 2008. They earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2011, following a Master of Engineering (MEng) in the same field at Imperial College London from 2004 to 2008. Thomas completed their International Baccalaureate at Copenhagen International School between 2002 and 2004.
