Tom Suthard

Tom Suthard currently serves as the Head of Local Engagement, Onshore at Ørsted, a position held since August 2021, where contributions include advancing projects and achieving significant legislative milestones recognized by the CEO. Prior to Ørsted, Tom Suthard was the Chief of Staff for State Senator Chris A. Brown, building a strong brand and achieving notable name recognition and favorability. Suthard has also held chief of staff roles for Assemblymen John Amodeo and Vince Polistina, worked as Executive Director for the Atlantic County Republican Committee, and served as Chief of Staff for Assemblyman Jack Gibson. Additionally, Tom Suthard has experience as an adjunct professor at Cumberland County College, teaching American Federal Government and State and Local Government courses, and has been recognized as a "Best Political Operative" by PolitickerNJ in 2007. An alumnus of Dickinson College and Rutgers University, Suthard holds degrees in Policy & Management Studies, Political Science, and a Master’s degree in Political Science.
