Tomas Baek

Tomas Baek is an experienced leader in operational excellence and consultancy, currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence Consultancy at Ørsted A/S since September 2009, while also overseeing the DONG Energy Excellence program. With a background in marketing and operations, Tomas held positions such as Vice President of Marketing and COO at JAI A/S and JAI Inc, respectively, contributing to global marketing strategies and managing key operational responsibilities. Previous experience includes being an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where leadership of consulting projects for large Scandinavian firms was a focus. Tomas Baek holds a Master of Science in Strategy & Management from Aarhus University, obtained between 1992 and 1999.
