Tomasz Pleskot is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Legal Director Offshore Poland and Senior Legal Counsel at Ørsted since March 2022, Tomasz provides comprehensive legal support for projects in Poland, particularly for the Baltica 2+3 offshore wind farm initiatives. Prior to Ørsted, Tomasz was a Senior Associate at Linklaters, specializing in the Energy & Infrastructure department, where notable achievements included advising a successful public procurement bid for a high-efficiency waste-to-energy CHP plant. Tomasz's earlier role as Senior Associate at WKB Wiercinski, Kwiecinski, Baehr sp.k. involved legal support for major infrastructure projects, including the Baltic Pipe project and various contracts within the public procurement regime. Tomasz holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Warsaw and additional postgraduate qualifications in Renewable Energy and International School of Nuclear Law.
