Tommy Fer

Tommy Fer is a skilled professional with extensive experience in managing and leading projects within thermal energy production. They served as a Produktionsleder at Amagerforbrænding from 2008 to 2011, where they oversaw daily operations and managed environmental projects. Tommy worked as a Special Consultant at FORCE Technology from 2016 to 2017, focusing on waste-to-energy plants, and transitioned to project management and operations leadership roles at AffaldPlus from 2012 to 2024. Currently, Tommy is the Head of Plant Utilisation at Ørsted, leading a team specialized in efficiency improvements across thermal plants in Denmark. They hold a degree as a Maskinmester from Københavns Maskinmesterskole and a Diplom in leadership from Center for diplomledelse.
