Tracy Ong

Tracy Ong, a CertIOSH qualified professional, serves as a QHSE Advisor for Ørsted in the APAC region since October 2022. Prior to this role, Tracy gained extensive experience as an HSE Engineer at Baker Hughes from September 2015 to October 2022, focusing on HSE performance monitoring, implementing safety initiatives, and coordinating with various locations. Tracy held the position of HSE Coordinator for the Asia Pacific Region at Aker Solutions from April 2014 to August 2015, managing HSE plans and ensuring compliance across multiple project sites. Earlier experience includes serving as HSE Coordinator at Shapadu Corporation from February 2012 to April 2014, responsible for safety monitoring and maintaining HSE standards. Tracy holds a Master’s degree in Process Safety and Loss Prevention from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah.
