Ulas Cilingir is currently the Lead Geotechnical Engineer at Ørsted, specializing in geotechnical earthquake engineering. They previously held roles as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Ørsted and Arup, and worked as a Geotechnical Engineer for Yüksel Project International. Ulas contributed to academia as a Visiting Lecturer at METU NCC and was involved in research as an Associate Member of the Computational Mechanics Group at the University of Sheffield. They hold a PhD in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, along with multiple degrees in Civil Engineering and Geology from Middle East Technical University.
