William Bledsoe

William Bledsoe is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Payroll Manager for the Americas at Ørsted since November 2022, William has previously worked as Payroll Supervisor at Old Republic General Insurance Group from January 2020 to November 2022. Prior to that role, William held positions at Guidehouse as a Senior Associate and BJ's Wholesale Club, where responsibilities included Payroll Analytics & Technology, Payroll Supervisor, Reporting Specialist, and Implementation Analyst for HCM & Payroll. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Information Technology from Northeastern University and holds certificates in Compensation Studies from Cornell University and People Analytics from New York University.
