Xiaojing Li

Xiaojing Li is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the offshore renewable energy sector, particularly as a WTG Installation Project Lead at Ørsted, where responsibilities included managing projects such as the Greater Changhua and Hornsea 4. Xiaojing also contributed as a Product Developer in the Engineering Graduate Programme, focusing on innovative operation and maintenance solutions, and served as a Project Manager overseeing component exchanges for offshore operations. Prior experience includes a role as an Offshore Wind Operations Engineer at E.ON UK, managing site-based contracts and establishing key performance indicators.
