Xueying

Xueying Ma is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, specializing in offshore wind operations and maintenance strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Transmission and Cables at Ørsted, Xueying leads the development of maintenance practices and strategies for both offshore and onshore substations. With a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, Xueying has previously held roles at DONG Energy, focusing on asset integrity and technical risk evaluation in wind turbine systems. Additionally, Xueying has demonstrated strong communication skills and project management expertise throughout their career.
