Zen Cheong is a seasoned professional in user experience design, currently serving as a Senior User Experience Designer at Ørsted since March 2022. Previously, Zen held the position of AVP, UX Lead, Digital Innovation & Design, at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, where responsibilities included driving the creation of experience maps and collaborating with stakeholders to innovate user experiences. Zen's career also includes significant roles at Xerox as a UI Lead, and at Ascom Holding AG, where Zen worked as a Front-end Developer and UX Designer. Notable achievements include being a finalist in the UX Championship at the World Usability Congress in 2016. Zen holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Multimedia University, completed in 2006.
