ORTE Photonics Co., Ltd, established in August 2002, is a well-known company in the photoelectric device manufacturing industry. ORTE specializes in high-reliability optical passive and active products, including fused fiber fused couplers, CWDM/DWDM, Mux/Demux module, CCWDM, isolators, circulators, combiners, 980nm pumped laser, 1310/1550nm DFB laser, MEMS attenuator, and tap PD. Products are mainly applied in optical communication, fiber sensing and broadcasting, and television systems, such as amplifiers, gyroscopes, hydrophones, lasers, optical transceiver modules, and other equipment. Through technology introduction and independent innovation, ORTE's product has reached the international advanced level in high-reliability multi-stage encapsulation, high-performance fused-pulling and high-stability low-temperature glass welding, intelligent manufacturing and testing, miniaturization, and integration technology.

In 2002, officially established.

In 2011, has implemented equity incentive mechanism for the management team.

In 2012, developed into the world's largest fused taper production base.

In 2013, won the award of JDSU” Supplier of the Year”.

In 2016, big investment in micro-optics; Shared profit with all people in ORTE.

In 2017, the first active component line was built in ORTE.

In 2019, awarded “Quality of the Year” by Lumentum.

In 2022, the first automated production line in the industry for optical fiber couplers was built in ORTE.
