Wouter Luijten

Wouter Luijten has extensive work experience in the field of optimization solutions for supply chain and workforce planning. Wouter started their career at ORTEC as a Consultant in 1995 and transitioned into various roles within the company, including Product Manager and Head of Product. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Chief Product Officer, responsible for ORTEC's portfolio of optimization solutions and leading the Product Management team. In 2020, they became the Head of Portfolio at ORTEC. Additionally, Wouter Luijten served as a Board Member for Stichting ORTEC Pensioenfonds from 2006 to 2018.

Wouter Luijten completed their MSc degree in Operations Research and Econometrics at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1987 to 1995. Wouter also obtained a certification in Pragmatic Marketing in 2014.
