David Lee-Smith

David Lee-Smith is an accomplished data management professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Data Management Tooling Practice Lead and Principal Consultant at Ortecha since 2010, David has led significant projects including the Alation Implementation and the development of Data Quality capabilities. Prior roles at major investment banks involved responsibilities as a Data Architect, where David created logical and physical data models in the credit risk domain, managed data lineage, and enhanced data transparency. Earlier positions included Oracle Developer roles at Aviva Investors and EDS, where David developed and unit tested various data integration and migration solutions. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire.
