Paul Slattery

Paul Slattery is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Finance at Ortecha since August 2022, Paul has previously held positions including Chief Financial Officer in interim advisory roles for private equity-backed businesses, focusing on areas such as cash control and covenant management during challenging periods. With a strong background as Chief Operating Officer at Alantra and Catalyst Corporate Finance, Paul has managed all non-fee-earning aspects of businesses and has been heavily involved in M&A processes. Paul's early career included key financial positions at Bedfordia Automotive Ltd, Sytner Group, and PwC, where foundational skills in finance and audit were established. Paul holds a degree in Accountancy and Finance from Bangor University, obtained from 1986 to 1989.
