Paulette Oden

Paulette Oden has been working in the Human Resources field since 2001. Paulette began their career at Glaukos Corporation as Manager, Human Resources. In 2016, they moved to OrthAlign, Inc. where they held the roles of Director, Human Resources & Customer Service and Sr. Director, Human Resources.

Paulette Oden received their Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business Administration from Saddleback College in 1987 and their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) with emphasis in Human Resources from California State University, Long Beach in 1989. Her field of study was Business Administration, Human Resources Management.
