Erica Bertram

Erica Bertram has held various leadership roles in the field of operations and performance optimization. Erica served as the Engagement Center Director at STARTEK from December 2017 to June 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Performance Optimization at OrthoFi, starting in June 2022.

Erica Bertram received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Lindenwood University in 2002. In 2015, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
