Robert Lathrop

Robert Lathrop has a strong background in IT leadership and architecture, with experience in leading teams through software migrations, infrastructure management, and IT compliance. From 2004 to 2010, they served as the Director of Information Management at U.S. Xpress Inc., implementing a consolidated data warehouse and creating a fleet management dashboard that resulted in significant cost savings. Robert then moved on to roles at Zycron, PointClear Solutions, and OrthoBanc, where they focused on emerging technologies, architecture, and enterprise architecture. Most recently, they have been working at OrthoFi as the Director of Enterprise Architecture, overseeing strategic technical development and leading engineering teams. Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated a strong ability to align technology initiatives with overall business strategies and drive impactful results.

Robert Lathrop attended Chattanooga College (formerly Electronic and Computer Programming College of Chattanooga) from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Computer Programming.
