Charles Wright

Charles Wright has been working in the field of chemistry since 1981. Charles started at Aldrich Chemical Company as a Development Chemist, where they scaled and adapted literature preparations for manufacture of new catalog materials, developed independent syntheses for materials that could no longer be supplied from outside sources, and was a Group Leader from 1984-1985, supervising four B.S. In 1991, they moved to Eastman Kodak as an Organic Chemist. In 2009, they joined Orthogonal Inc. as a Senior Chemist, managing the chemistry laboratory and production operations at Orthogonal's Rochester location. Charles also handled chemical and laboratory equipment purchasing and set-up for the rapidly growing company, and directed polymer and small molecule R&D synthetic work for current products as well as new materials.

Charles Wright obtained their Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1991 and their BS in Chemistry from the University of Montana.
