Ortholevo is a Boston-based pharmaceutical startup founded on a track record of innovation to commercialize treatments for fibrotic diseases of joints, muscles, and connective tissues. Our mission is to improve the lives of millions of patients around the world by providing freedom from fibrosis.

Our technology safely and non-surgically treats fibrosis from neuromuscular diseases, musculoskeletal and congenital conditions, cosmetic ailments, inflammatory diseases, and many other pathologies. Having conducted proof-of-concept animal studies, we are now completing additional preclinical studies in preparation for a first-in-human clinical trial.
