Heather Cramer currently serves as the Director of Clinical Outcomes & ER at OrthoNebraska since August 2021, following a tenure as Inpatient and Emergency Services Manager and Inpatient Services Nurse Manager at the same organization. Heather has extensive experience in nursing, having worked as Lead Preop/PACU Nurse at UNMC Physicians—Village Pointe Aesthetic Surgery Center and as a Staff Nurse at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. In addition to clinical roles, Heather has also contributed to community fitness by coaching running groups and triathlon teams, including serving as the head Triathlon Coach for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training Program.
