Jay Edington

Jay Edington has over 20 years of work experience in the orthopedic medical device market. Jay started their career at Synthes in 1997 as a Regional Manager, where they built and managed a team of 20 Sales Consultants. Jay focused on the fracture care segment and handled a $30M+ book of business, serving hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and teaching institutions. Jay was responsible for managing, forecasting, and allocating resources and assets. Jay also ensured compliance with ethics and regulations in the orthopedic device market. In 2016, they joined OrthoPediatrics as the Sales Vice President.

Jay Edington attended the University of Washington from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
