Kaspars Barons is a seasoned finance and business development professional with extensive experience in the Baltic region. Currently, Kaspars serves as a Board Member at ININ Estate and as a Co-Founder at ORUGA, while also holding the position of Managing Director in Latvia at Factris until September 2025. Previous roles include Head of Business Development at Factris Holding B.V., Business Development Manager at Debitum, and Country Manager at Monify Loans, where responsibilities encompassed market operations, team management, and product implementation. Additionally, Kaspars has held positions as Head of Loan Department at SIA Greencredit, Sales Director at SIA Līgatnes Wooden Splints, Corporate Project Manager at Citadele banka, and Loan Manager at GE Money Bank. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Innovative Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Banku Augstskola.
