Marvin Cadoret

Marvin Cadoret is currently the Head of Growth at Orus, where they leverage six years of experience in business growth and talent acquisition. Previously, Marvin held positions including the Head of Growth at Glady, where they led a team and scaled growth initiatives, and a Digital Strategy Consultant at IBM, focusing on CRM projects for a major French bank. Marvin also co-founded Health'eat, a fresh food delivery service for students, and has experience in sales, marketing, and product development from roles at Intermed Asia and other organizations. They earned a Master in Management from KEDGE Business School and have a solid foundation in business administration.
