Carrie Kessler

Carrie Kessler is an experienced professional in product development and sourcing, currently serving as Vice President of Product Development, Technical Design, and Sourcing at Orvis since August 2023. As Co-Founder of Goal Five, Kessler focuses on empowering female soccer players through a dedicated performance and lifestyle brand. Previous roles include Senior Director of Product Development, Production, Sourcing, and Global Quality at Stitch Fix, where Kessler spearheaded product development and sourcing strategies for Men's and Kids Private Label businesses. Kessler also held significant positions at Gap Inc., including Director of Global Production and Product Development, and Global Production Manager, overseeing multi-million dollar inventories and product development initiatives. Kessler earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from San Francisco State University between 1994 and 2000.
