David Allen

David Allen has over 20 years of experience in the baking industry. David began their career in 1998 as the Regional Sales Manager for La Brea Bakery. In 2005, they took on the role of Vice President of Foodservice Sales at Tribeca Oven. In 2016, they became the Senior Director of Business Development at Tom Cat Bakery. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Vice President of National Business Development at Orwashers Bakery.

David Allen attended Northeastern University and The New School, but no additional certifications are listed.
