Chief Customer Officer at Ory

Stephan Reinartz is the current Chief Customer Officer at Ory. Prior to this, they were Executive Vice President at Deutsche Börse AG from January 2017 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the inception and operations of the Product Development Lab (PDL) as a digital transformation incubator. Stephan also set up a program to ensure regulatory compliance for Information Security across the IT of the group. From August 2014 to August 2019, they served as President of Deutsche Boerse Systems, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for legal entity responsibility as an executive. From January 2014 to March 2017, they served as Executive Vice President at Deutsche Börse AG, where they were responsible for IT Service Management, Global Technical Support, and the US-based IT Operations Center. Prior to that, they served as Executive Vice President at Deutsche Boerse Systems, Inc. from August 2007 to December 2013 and as Vice President from September 2005 to July 2007. Stephan also served as Head of Networks Chicago at Deutsche Boerse Systems, Inc. from October 2004 to September 2005.

Stephan Reinartz reports to Aeneas Rekkas, Founder & CEO. They work with Andreas Bucksteeg - Head of Engineering, Leonie Habermann - Managing Director, and Carlo Pacifico - Chief Revenue Officer.
