Oryx Legacy is a search fund composed of a group of entrepreneurs, investors, and business builders looking for one great business that we can transition and grow for the long-term.

We are not private equity or restructuring investors looking to quickly change a business. We want to acquire, hold, and grow the business in the interest of its customers, employees, and community.

As a small group with clear target criteria, we run a rapid process. We are in this to ensure the company acquired has a bright future, preserving and further enhancing the legacy of its founders and original owners.
