ORYZ Saigon, the premier destination for Eastern fine dining in Ho Chi Minh City. Under the expertise of chef-owner Chris JH Fong and a talented team, we unveil a tapestry of Hoa (華) gastronomy, telling the rich stories of Chinese immigrants. Our in-house oriental fermentation lab elevates every dish, paired with unique Asian spirits, house-brewed kombucha, and boutique teas. We offer exquisite tasting menus perfect for dating, celebrations, and business gatherings in our private room, set in a sophisticated ambiance. Join us for an eastern culinary journey that transcends modern borders and celebrates the rich heritage of Saigon's Chinatown, dedicated to local ingredients and innovative techniques.
