OS IMPROVÁVEIS is a professional improvisation theatre company founded in 2008 by actors and certified trainers Marta Borges and Pedro Borges (iO Chicago, UCB New York, The Annoyance), both holding degrees in Business Communication.

With a creative and visionary mindset, we deliver intelligent, in-the-moment solutions that are always respectful and free of offensive content. This empathetic and professional approach defines everything we do—from theatrical performances to corporate training and workshops.

Artistically, we create original, interactive shows, regularly performing on Lisbon’s premier stages (Tivoli BBVA, Casino Lisboa, CCB, Villaret, Meridional, A Barraca), across Portugal, and at international festivals in Chicago, New York, Rio de Janeiro, Amsterdam, Valladolid, Berlin, Rome, Milan, Riga and Munich.

On the corporate side, we offer applied-improv workshops, keynote talks and team-building programmes for companies, universities and startups, as well as event entertainment, corporate shows and award-ceremony hosting.

With over 20 years of national and international experience, we provide creative, respectful and empathetic solutions that blend professional theatre techniques with specific organisational goals.
