Tom Baer

Tom Baer is the Executive Director of the Stanford Photonics Research Center at Stanford University, a position they have held since 2006. Baer previously served as a Vice President of Research at Spectra Physics and Biometric Imaging, Inc., and was the CEO and Founder of Arcturus Bioscience. They also held the title of President at the Optical Society of America in 2009. Baer earned a PhD in Physics from the University of Chicago and an OPM32 from Harvard Business School.
